Sherry Marshall was born and raised in Sevier County, Tennessee, and has been teaching music lessons for 45 years. She earned her music degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and continues to practice the profession by adding more performances and instruments to her ever-growing repertoire. Sherry offers piano, flute, mandolin, guitar, and ukulele lessons.
Lessons are taught both in-person, at a residential location off the Parkway (US-441) between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and virtually. Virtual lessons are typically accomplished via Google Meet video sessions. Students may select 30-minute or 1-hour lesson lengths.
During the school year, students will have the opportunity to perform for their peers, friends, and family members in four performance class (aka "group lesson") weeks. Guests are welcome to attend these performances. Schedules are sent in advance of each performance class week, and multiple days, times, and locations (including virtual) are typically offered.
